How tall robert downey jr

He's not wrong, I mean my parents were actually about the same height as his, but I still ended up way taller. I'll give him cm max. Let me ask you if RDJ is cm tall how tall would he be at night? Especially endgame Robert Downey jr looked equal in height to Chris Evans so I assume that he is around 5' I don't know if it is shoelift or graphics but he fitted right in Editor Rob.

He's had various high heels in Avengers movies and in fact his Stylist for Iron Man 3 got him custom boots with 3 inch internal lifts. That's why he always appeared taller in Marvel films. How tal would you guess his father, Robert Downey Sr is? If Chris Evans was in the 5'10,that would be possible, but he isn't. I am myself a hand on heart 5'7 short guy wearing normal shoes, and even the average guy dwarfs me on the street Obviously they're not all 6'2! The 3rd one might be a bit bigger, like giving between The length from heel to toe on elevator boots will always be less than your normal footwear gives.

It will be interesting to see if Downey continues wearing them as he gets older. He clearly loves them and the extra boost to his own perceived height. I think that is a hard one, I'd put Gervais as less likely to hit almost 5ft 8 compared to the other 2.

Click Here pause Possibly 5'8. Plenty of guys wear lifts in Hollywood but Robert wears the biggest by far. His shoes even look custom made for the lifts. AKA elevator shoes. They give near 3 inches of height, look at my pics with Gibson. He could look 2 inches smaller in the past and now they look the same height.

Remember Tony stark is 6'1, Steve Rogers 6'2, Thor 6'6 in comics so they try to replicate that on screen as best as they can. He looks about as tall as Chris Evans or,Hemsworth in Avengers.. Other lads like Brad or Tom use to dissimulate it which makes them look insecure and then we have lads like Mario Lopez or Marky Mark that even when they forget to wears their lifts and stand 5ft7 they claim theyr 5ft11!!

Robert is a cool guy and very talented also I went up to his table and he stood up to greet me! I was shocked by that, and by how short he was. Very nice and energetic. He was sitting with a man and introduced him as his producer.. I'd say Downey is attempting at times to be more 'discreet' by wearing internal lifts or actual custom elevators, but Bono just likes a decent thick sole to give him a wee boost. I don't think that he'd edge out someone like Mark Ruffalo or Oscar Isaac when he's not wearing his lifts that is.

Downey is the clear winner. I think Tom went through a period of wearing some elevators, but he's ditched them from what I can tell. Reynolds was the 70's and 80's version of Downey, to the point others were describing him as over 6ft, even 6ft 5! He can look either almost the same height, to slightly shorter to being completely dwarfed by Evans in wide shots. Absolutely ridiculous. Although not tall at least he doesn't hide the fact he wears height boosting footwear. I will say he's near 5ft8. What that means is that he can have up to 2 inches more footwear than people in regular 1 inch footwear.

He is nowhere near 5'9 just look back in time to when he starred with Mel Gibson a real 5'9 range guy. His lifts are massive in some of these new avengers press pictures. His foot barely even stays in the shoe. Those lifts must be at the very least 3 inches.

I think Cruise and Downey would be very close barefoot. He seems like half an inch shorter than Andrew Mcarthy who claimed 5'8", Looked similar to Ruffalo, and there are similar examoles in the comments out below that all leads to his height being somewhere around 5'7" range than 5'8" range.

With obvious lifts and elevator shoes, he looks 5'9" to 5'10" range! I thought they where twins before. This guy is 5"7 on a good day. So any height he appears in anything other than a wide shot should be taken with a grain of salt.

Those heels alone in the first pic will add 3" even without an internal lift. Has to be his lifts and camera angles. Dude was on par with Chris pratt who is a weak 6'2". Unless it's just camera angles. Btw, the shorter actor in front of Downey is Keith Gordon. You may remember them both in Back to School with Rodney Dangerfield. I'm not sure about his height, but pretty sure Downey was taller in the film too.

Danimal: Your hairline isn't the top of your head. Downey has a lot of extra hair, but his hair ends up over 5'10". You're right that Downey is in front of the chart and the camera is low so he should look taller than he is. He looks about 5'9" in shoes and his eye level is at about 5'4. A 9" Here is his arrest photo from The camera is looking up at him rather than being straight, giving the illusion that he's higher up on the height chart.

Also, his hair is a good 2" higher than the top of his head. Look carefully at where the top of his hairline ends and adjust the camera angle. So, even if he's in 1" shoes, he's not over the 5'7" barefoot.

I am well aware of the prison chart, it's been discussed on and off over a decade. I do think prison shoes are like half inch or so. You guys best buds.. They definitely use certain angles, heightening footwear, short co-actors, etc. Lots of famous actors even tough guys like Stallone are way shorter than most people think!
